About the Role (What You'll Be Doing)

We are seeking a motivated Growth intern for an 8-week internship. We're looking for someone who picks up the latest AI tools and gets their hands dirty building, testing, and shipping products to solve real problems. You have a good understanding of how AI tooling actually works and interested in growth and marketing fundamentals.

As the Growth Intern, you will:

• Build and ship AI growth pipelines from idea to working prototype, fast
• Automate repetitive growth workflows
• Test and evaluate emerging AI tooling (MCP servers, AI agents, workflow automation) against real growth use cases
• Support on other relevant strategic projects that may come up

About You (Who You Are)

Essentials

• A track record of thinking through complex, ambiguous problems and finding a path forward without being told exactly what to do
• Hands-on building experience. You've shipped things, scrappily. Side projects, university work, or personal experiments all count
• Strong communication and English skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable picking up new tools fast. You don't need a tutorial, you just start poking around

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in a start-up / scale-up environment
• Exposure to growth or marketing concepts (not required)
