We're hiring a Staff-level Meta expert to take this channel from high-performing to best-in-class — not by tweaking bids in isolation, but by helping build the machine: creative systems, measurement frameworks, and strategic scaling that drives business results across brands and markets.

This is a senior, hands-on role for a Meta specialist who brings depth across performance strategy, creative testing, signal health, and measurement. You'll work across brands and markets to ensure Meta is delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes — not just through day-to-day execution, but by building the systems and frameworks that set us apart from competitors.
You'll be part of the Global Performance team , reporting to the Global Head of Performance , and collaborating with media buyers, creative leads, analysts, and local growth teams across the UK, Germany, Australia, Japan, and new markets to come.
