We are currently looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our customer and sales activities in an exciting pharmaceutical market where quality and adherence to timelines are crucial. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our current customers and identifying potential new customers as well as implementing agreements.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Creating, developing, and maintaining relationships with customers through proactive sales work
  • Booking and holding regular customer meetings
  • Arranging your sales efforts and conducting sales
  • Ensuring achievement of sales budget and preparing sales reporting in CRM
  • Preparation of offers and related necessary contractual documents
  • Coordination and communication with other Eurofins laboratories
  • Keeping yourself professionally updated within your areas of responsibility so that customers consider you a competent partner

You will become a part of our ambitious Sales and Business Development department in Glostrup, which daily works with professional and effective sales, strategic business development, and customer support of the highest quality.

Kvalifikationer

Professional competencies:

  • You have a natural science education at bachelor level or equivalent
  • You have experience in relationship-building sales and service and can engage at all levels in an organization
  • You have an interest and flair for IT and master Excel, Microsoft CRM, etc.
  • You have good communication and conveying skills, both in writing and speaking in Danish and English

Personal competencies:

  • You have a natural go-ahead attitude and work systematically and goal-oriented with projects
  • You are extroverted and thrive in the interaction with customers
  • Good communicator – and good at listening
  • You have a strong business sense and solid economic understanding.
  • You work goal-oriented and flexibly – and take responsibility for making things happen. You provide a high service level – both internally in the organization and externally towards our customers.
  • You have a strong overview and thrive in a dynamic environment where the pace is high and the tasks varied.

Driving license category B and access to your own car are required as the role involves customer visits and external meetings.

Working hours: Your weekly 37 hours are typically placed in the time frame 06:00-18:00 Monday to Friday.
