The Evergreen holding company team is comprised of 40+ professionals based in San Francisco who are focused on capital allocation, M&A, executive level hiring, strategic board leadership, and finance and accounting. We're looking for a commercially minded, marketing and sales-focused growth leader to design and deliver strategies to power our next stage of expansion in Ireland and beyond. You'll own the full growth engine, from setting strategy to executing campaigns, ensuring we consistently reach, engage, and convert the right audiences.
In this senior leadership role, you'll combine a clear commercial focus with hands-on execution. You'll work closely with our sales and operations team to help establish and ensure that all business development goals and brand/marketing activities are tightly aligned to revenue targets and our software partner, Sage. This role will have the ability to influence or refresh internal processes to establish a seamless hand-off of content, leads, or next steps between departments. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a smaller business environment, enjoys variety, and is excited to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.
