Product Owner H/F

In an Agile team at our clients, as a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the value delivered by the product.

Your missions:

  • Collection and prioritization of business needs
  • Construction and management of the backlog
  • Writing of user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Animation of Agile rituals (Sprint Planning, Review, Refinement…)
  • Close collaboration with technical teams (dev, QA, UX…)
  • Monitoring of product KPIs and roadmap management
  • Ensuring alignment between product vision and business objectives

You will be the key interface between business teams and development teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bac+5 (engineering school or university)
  • 4 years of experience as a PO or Business Analyst who has evolved into a product role
  • Good understanding of IT environments
  • Ability to prioritize and arbitrate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Value and user experience oriented vision
  • A Scrum certification (PSPO, CSPO…) is a plus.
