In the context of its digital transformation, our client is strengthening its capabilities around AI and selfcare user. The objective is to modernize user assistance through intelligent tools, notably via the deployment of a companion omnicanal and new AI use cases within internal business areas.

To support this dynamic, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner IA who has already led projects involving artificial intelligence technologies and works in close collaboration with business, technical, and integration teams.

As a PO IA, you will intervene on:

Product Management & AI Strategy

• Identify, prioritize, and frame AI use cases in conjunction with business teams.
• Structure the product roadmap and ensure the coherence of AI projects with operational needs.
• Define the criteria for value, performance, and acceptance of AI solutions.

Coordination & Agility

• Lead agile rituals with internal teams and integrators.
• Work closely with the Fab IA and multi-LLM teams.
• Coordinate exchanges with nearly 40 internal stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and appropriation of solutions.

Delivery and Quality Follow-Up

• Secure the delivery of AI tools and their integration into the existing ecosystem.
• Conduct regular follow-up on developments and performance.
• Contribute to the implementation of the omnicanal bot (ITSM / Teams) and other user assistance tools.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Product Owner / Scrum Master.
• Significant experience on AI / Data / LLM / Selfcare projects.
• Strong mastery of Agile methods, ability to rally and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in communication with various business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business challenges into concrete technical solutions.
• Bonus: experience in a large group or a multi-site environment.
