Development and management of the product portfolio for Marketing Services; Leading the definition of product strategy, challenging the status quo and mapping new strategic opportunities to expand the Serasa Experian's presence in the Marketing, CRM, and Advertising segments, creating specific solutions to meet this market; Additionally, it will monitor and evaluate the results of existing products, constantly bringing provocations and feedback from the market about the solutions, proposing improvements in processes and making adjustments to the solutions as necessary, to ensure that they continue to meet the needs of customers and the market. Professional with experience in the development and management of innovative products working from the design to the implementation of the solution; Strong ability to influence, articulate and negotiate; Ability to discuss analytical solutions, prioritize projects and initiatives with product teams and direct technical teams in the best solution design; Strategic vision, ownership mindset and excellent execution capacity; Analytical capacity for data-based decision-making and critical sense in the prioritization of initiatives and investments; Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management and design practices; Advanced English; Previous experience in AdTech companies, CRMs, CDPs and companies that offer analytical solutions for marketing is a plus.
