Growth Strategy Managers at Extend play a pivotal role in cultivating strong relationships with our diverse portfolio of clients. The Growth Strategy Manager (GSM) will serve as the main point of contact throughout the merchant journey, orchestrating seamless interactions both internally and externally to facilitate a collaborative and consultative approach to success.
We are seeking an individual who is a meticulous self-starter with a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in understanding and addressing the unique needs of our merchants. Successful GSMs thrive in dynamic environments and are unafraid to tackle challenges head-on, often crafting bespoke solutions and resources tailored to meet the evolving demands of our partners.
A key aspect of this role involves diligently nurturing our Emerging Brand merchant base, primarily through proactive engagement and relationship-building efforts.
Expected Pay: $65,000 Base Salary, plus $10,000 annually for On Target Earnings (OTE)*

OTE is payable based on the Company's variable sales compensation plan; employees who exceed annual sales targets may receive additional compensation. Incentive compensation will be provided as part of a total compensation package.
