Why you'll love this internship:

- Learn from experts: You'll be supported by experienced marketers across field marketing, digital, marketing operations, communications, and channel marketing.
- Build your portfolio: You'll leave with measurable outcomes—campaign performance insights, event execution experience, ABM contributions, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Grow your career: This program is designed to accelerate your development, with permanent potential for strong performers.
What you'll do:
- Support the NWE Field Marketing team on programs designed to build market awareness, engage target accounts, and contribute to sales pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales partners to bring campaigns to life across the region.
- Support planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives, events, webinars, and ABM activities.
- Help coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, and stakeholder inputs to keep programs on track.
- Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking (e.g., engagement, registrations, leads, pipeline influence) and share insights to improve results.
- Partner with internal teams (sales, partner/channel marketing, marketing operations, communications) to deliver consistent messaging and smooth execution.
- Contribute to field activity assets and activation needs (briefs, landing page inputs, email copy drafts, event messaging, and post-event follow-up).
- Travel across North West European countries.
What you'll learn:
- Execute the full marketing mix and understand how field marketing connects to business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and build strong stakeholder management habits.
- Support ABM programs and learn how marketing and sales align around target accounts.
- Use data and feedback loops to improve campaign performance over time.
- Communicate clearly, manage priorities, and deliver against timelines in a fast-moving environment.
What we're looking for:
- Current Bachelor/Master student or recent graduate (must have graduated within 12 months prior to start date) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing and curiosity about technology, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working across multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable approach with strong follow-through.
Preferred qualifications:
- Exposure to digital marketing concepts (email, web, social, webinars) or event support.
- Interest in Account Based Marketing (ABM) and/or partner/channel marketing.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic reporting (you don't need to be an expert—we'll help you learn).
Why You'll Love Working at F5?
- Future Career Opportunities: Potential for a permanent position post-program, with a dedicated pathway upon successful completion of your internship or program duration.
- Professional Skill Development: Gain sought-after, real-world experience.
