Growth Analyst

The Role:

You are a skilled Growth Analyst with a strong appetite for coding. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to support the growth, optimization, and automation of our marketing initiatives. You will work closely with business teams, and marketing teams to analyze performance, consumer behavior, and campaign effectiveness, driving strategic decisions and enhancing our offerings. You will also work closely with the data and tech teams to build automations to support commercial and marketing initiatives to improve customer experience and retention. As Voggt integration evolves, your role will be pivotal in providing data and analytics support across all marketing functions, with a focus on automation and buyer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and commercial automation
  • Build and maintain automations used in commercial and marketing campaigns to support GMV growth, such as customer promotions automations (spend X get Y, voucher giveaways…)
  • Build sellers growth tools such as clipping platform and the voucher attribution tools

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor key metrics, including promotion effectiveness, customer engagement, performance tracking to support commercial and marketing team
  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and enhance customer lifetime value.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of data collection and reporting related to marketing performance.
  • Develop and automate regular reports to track promotion workflows and customer behavior trends.
  • Create ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions or challenges, such as fraud detection and customer badge assignments.
  • Coordinate with finance and marketing team to have an accurate forecast and follow-up of the budget spend

Strategy Support

  • Support strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights to inform promotional strategies and referral programs.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and presentations for senior management regarding marketing effectiveness and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a marketing or product-focused environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Proficiency in vibe coding and AI use to create internal and customer facing tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and promotional strategies.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and other experimental design methods.
  • Knowledge of integration processes between marketing tools.
  • Multilingual abilities or experience working in diverse teams is a plus.
