Collaboration with Product Technical Design and Product Development to review all Nike styles for product integrity compliance prior to production.
Ensure PP/TOP samples represent and reflect product tech packs, are well developed, communicated, and implemented successfully.
Assure timely, accurate and efficient management of product integrity operations, including accurate document controls, up-to-date revision controls for product manufacturing, DEQ testing procedures, product labeling and packaging requirements.
Oversee revisions to garment/product specifications for all critical points of measurements.
Own and direct evaluation of PP/TOP first sample for all styles.
Stay current on customer requirements, guidelines, and best practices.
Manage and monitor DEQ testing processes, requirements, and documentation for customer compliance.
Provide training and communication related to product integrity requirements and changes as needed.
Establish and maintain policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable product regulations and corporate policies.
Review and approve SOPs, assuring consistency with policies and practices across all businesses.
Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to understand their business/operational functions and needs, ensuring key issues are identified, through resolution.
Confirming all new machinery set-up for sewing, decorations and applications.
Scheduling/Training all QA Personnel in patterns, product development, cutting, in-line auditing, HTM, SOP's, Stitch Guides, Pants & Jersey Machinery, Testing Questionnaires.
Ensuring Centerfield is equipped with all informational guides for Nike Audit.
Managing/Improving Issues from PD to Production
Run VQS Meeting w/Nike, updating test results via pictures, continuing improvement, etc.
Managing all Inline and Final Audit issues.
Reviewing all TP's going into production.
Reviewing and signing off all QPP's going to Nike, Clubs.
Preparing audit sheets for wear tests.
Managing and running shrink/abrasion tests on fabrics going into future production.
Mediator between PCA and Fanatics to ensure updates for production.
Training athletes on new procedures.
Product Integrity, QA/QC technical experience in Retail Manufacturing/Production, Product Quality Specification and Regulatory Compliance required.
Demonstrated record of successfully identifying root cause, assessing, and determining impact of technical and manufacturing product issues and corrective action required.
Demonstrate record of successful project management, process development and process improvement.

Bachelor's Degree in Textiles, Product Engineering or related technical/ retail manufacturing expertise required or Equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of Product Integrity, Product Development, QC/QA experience, with technical expertise in Product Quality Specification, Product Compliance and QA/QC production/manufacturing in a high-volume consumer retail environment and 8+ years of managerial experience.
