Marketing Coordinator (Junior Brand Manager)

Role Summary

The Marketing Coordinator (Junior Brand Manager) will report to the Ecommerce Manager in a dotted line to the Sales Manager. He/She will be expected to oversee and create brand awareness strategies to develop companies' portfolio into Brazil, that should be implemented into the online and offline business. This Coordinator (Jr Brand Manager) will be part of the team and will navigate into all departments of the company so that could understand company positioning to clearly communicate to consumers. He/She will plan a holistic strategy and work closely with agencies and/or social media companies, counting on local leadership and international support to grow the Trading Card category in Brazil.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyse brand positioning and consumer perceptions
  • Shape and communicate our message in order to create brand awareness and conversion
  • Translate brand elements into go-to-market plans and strategies
  • Lead creative development to motivate target audience to "take action"
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and evaluate ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends and research consumer markets and competitor activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Design innovative growth strategies

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven professional experience as a Jr Brand manager or Marketing Coordinator
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Experience identifying target audiences and creating effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the complete marketing mix
  • Solid analytical skills and a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking and affinity with numbers. Web analytics and performance tools knowledge also required.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Informed on the latest marketing trends and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish & English
