Role Overview

The Product Administrator / Product Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support across the full product lifecycle. They ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth coordination between product, vendors, commercial, and wider cross-functional teams. This role underpins both domestic and speed-to-market workflows, maintaining key product data, managing approvals, and overseeing critical sample processes. Through strong organization, clear communication, and effective stakeholder alignment, the coordinator plays a vital role in enabling timely product delivery and overall market readiness.

This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual or someone eager to break into the world of sport.

    • Pricing inc Line Plan inputs
    • Tech Pack Collation
    • Vendor Communication
  • Sample Coordination:
    • Partner Approvals (Non-Inline)
    • Photography Needs – Sign In/Out
      • Domestic
      • In-Season Energy Programmes and other Speed to Market Programmes
      • Hollow Bodies
    • Showroom, Mannequin & Storage Management
    • Postage in & out
    • Samples chasing
    • Sample Need Matrix Management
  • Order Form Creation Support
  • Systems:
    • Order Management System upload support
    • Post Go to Market code changes/updates
    • 3rd Party Manufacturer Uploads
  • Made to Order (MTO):
    • MTO Hard Goods management
    • MTO system updates & Fixes
    • MTO Management - Set-Up and Go Live inc Imagery asks
  • (Non-Inline) Approvals
    • Domestic approval tracker updates
    • Local/Speed to Market Approval Portal upload support

Where You'll Work and What's Required:

As a lot of this would be hands on product, managing showrooms, postage, this role would be required to be office based, 3 days per week
