Our Technology organization is the engine behind that machine, and we are in the middle of one of the most ambitious supply chain transformations in sports retail, building a modern, omnichannel fulfillment and distribution network across owned facilities, third-party logistics providers, and international sites.
As Senior Product Manager for Integrations, you will own the product strategy and execution across Fanatics' integration platform portfolio, spanning both API and EDI-based integration paths across eCommerce and wholesale. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain, engineering, and partner enablement, requiring deep technical fluency alongside strong cross-functional leadership. This is a rare opportunity to shape not just day-to-day platform execution, but a foundational technology transformation that will define how Fanatics connects its entire ecosystem for years to come.
This is a key role within Fanatics' Supply Chain Technology organization and a critical contributor to our broader supply chain technology strategy.
What You Will Drive
Integration Platform & EDI Ownership
- Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap across Fanatics' integration platform portfolio, spanning API-based and EDI, ensuring the platforms support eCommerce and wholesale operations at scale.
- Embrace and champion AI-powered ways of working, including Fanatics' internal SDLC and knowledge platform, to drive innovation, improve delivery velocity, and push the boundaries of what the integration platform can do.
- Continuously evaluate and expand platform capabilities to support the business as Fanatics evolves, enabling new integration patterns, business models, and partner requirements as they emerge.
- Drive the modernization of legacy integration platforms to ensure uniformity across the ecosystem.
- Define and evolve integration standards, including API contracts, EDI transaction sets, event-driven data flows, across inbound and outbound workflows.
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and extensibility as Fanatics continues to grow its global fulfillment and distribution network.
- Drive the strategic evolution of wholesale EDI in partnership with Fanatics' multi-year transformation, ensuring the platform is positioned to support new business models and partner requirements.
- Champion platform governance, maintaining standards, documentation, and development guidelines that preserve stability and product vision.
Partner Onboarding & External Collaboration
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of new 3PL, 3PD, and vendor partners, from requirements gathering and technical scoping through go-live and hypercare.
- Serve as the primary product point of contact for external partners, managing relationships and ensuring integrations are delivered on time and to spec.
- Drive the development of developer tools, documentation, and self-service capabilities that enable integrations to be delivered with speed and new platform capabilities to be quickly adopted.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with internal domains, including Supply Chain, Order Management, Inventory, Finance, Shipping, and Operations, to translate business needs into scalable integration solutions.
- Work closely with Engineering and Architecture as a true thought partner, driving alignment on technical decisions, platform direction, and long-term architecture to ensure the integration platform is built to last.
- Manage dependencies and drive alignment across stakeholders in complex, multi-system programs spanning multiple teams and domains.
- Actively participate in program reviews and strategic planning cycles alongside business and technology partners.
- Navigate competing priorities across a highly cross-functional organization, ensuring the integration platform roadmap reflects both near-term business needs and long-term strategic goals.
Execution & Delivery
- Translate strategy into clear product requirements, epics, and success metrics.
- Lead backlog prioritization and sprint planning in close partnership with engineering teams.
- Ensure all changes adhere to SDLC and SOX compliance requirements.
- Navigate peak event planning and operational resilience requirements.
- Drive alignment across engineering, QA, and operations to ensure integrations are delivered on time, to spec, and with minimal disruption to production systems.
Data, Metrics & Optimization
- Define and track integration platform performance metrics, including partner onboarding velocity, integration uptime, data quality, and cost per integration, in alignment with business and operations stakeholders.
- Use data and experimentation to continuously identify opportunities for automation, cost savings, and operational efficiency across the integration lifecycle.
- Monitor platform health and proactively surface insights that drive platform improvements and inform roadmap prioritization.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure integration events and data flows are observable, measurable, and actionable across the ecosystem.
What You Bring
Required:
- 5 - 8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on API integrations, eCommerce platforms, or supply chain technology.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with external partners on integration in a high-velocity environment.
- Proven ability to design and deliver platform services with a "platform-as-a-product" mindset, building for scale, reusability, and adoption.
- Deep familiarity with enterprise integration patterns including REST API design principles, JSON schema definitions, API lifecycle management, message queues, event-driven architectures, workflow orchestration engines, and cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS) and observability tooling.
- Working knowledge of EDI standards and transaction sets (850, 856, 810, 940, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent integrations across different partners, geographies, and technical stacks.
- Exceptional ability to operate at the intersection of business and engineering, translating partner requirements into precise technical specifications and vice versa.
- High ownership orientation; comfortable driving ambiguous, multi-stakeholder programs from definition to production.
- Strong written communication with a direct, structured style suited to technical and executive audiences.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a problem-solving mindset.
Preferred
- Background in eCommerce and B2B integrations.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and modern SDLC practices.
- Experience with migration-programs.

The salary range for this position is $128,000 - $172,800 which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
