Senior Manager Of Vip Strategy & Growth

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Senior Manager of VIP Strategy & Growth to play a key role in optimizing and expanding our VIP program across the Fanatics Ecosystem. This position will focus on creating and executing a comprehensive VIP strategy across all of Fanatics to achieve each organization's goals. As a key member of the Strategy & Growth team, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling an industry-leading VIP program that goes beyond traditional gaming experiences. This role is designed for a visionary who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, and cross-organizational collaboration. You will lead efforts to develop and execute a VIP strategy that leverages the full Fanatics ecosystem. You will work closely with leaders across Fanatics Betting & Gaming, Fanatics Collect and Fanatics Live to craft a compelling and mutually beneficial VIP offering—one that deepens loyalty, enhances customer lifetime value, and delivers unique rewards and experiences that span betting, collectibles, and trading cards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve a VIP program that drives growth, engagement, and retention through exclusive benefits and cross-brand experiences across gaming, collectibles, and trading cards.
  • Lead the development of joint VIP initiatives with other Fanatics owned entities to create seamless, value-rich experiences.
  • Translate data-driven insights into growth opportunities tailored for high-value customer segments.
  • Partner with internal teams and external partners to co-develop VIP experiences that elevate engagement and retention.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects, ensuring on-time delivery, stakeholder alignment, and effective resource coordination.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase the effectiveness and scalability of the VIP organization's growth efforts.
  • Champion innovative loyalty strategies that support the broader goals of each business unit while driving value to our most loyal customers.
  • Effectively communicate insights to commercial, marketing, operations, and executive leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years in the betting, gaming, or a related consumer-facing industry, with a deep understanding of customer behavior, loyalty programs, and market dynamics.
  • 4+ years in strategic roles (e.g., business strategy, corporate development, growth strategy, or management consulting) with a proven track record of shaping and driving high-impact initiatives.
  • Experience working with or alongside sportsbook and/or casino operations is highly desirable, especially within VIP or player development contexts.
  • Experience with engagement analytics or VIP strategy is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
