FareHarbor is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead our Core Product Group, the backbone of our B2B platform, driving innovation across our client-facing dashboard, essential workflows, and mission-critical integrations that power our global network of tour and activity operators.
This role is pivotal in driving client innovation, optimizing conversion, and delivering an exceptional user experience. As the strategic leader of the group, you will define the product vision and roadmap, lead and develop a team of Product Managers, and directly contribute to key initiatives.
We're looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of leading complex SaaS products. Most importantly, you'll be obsessed with creating client value. Transforming business needs into actionable product strategies that balance qualitative insights, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder alignment.
Salary Range: $145,600-$218,400, plus 20% bonus potential
