Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will support the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for ManageBac+ (our market-leading LMS) with a strong focus on IB workflows. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, showcasing the impact of ManageBac's features, ensuring schools understand the value, and driving adoption through compelling GTM campaigns. The ideal candidate will have education domain expertise (International Baccalaureate strongly preferred) who is excited to grow their product marketing craft. They will develop compelling, audience-focused content (landing pages, blogs, emails, social media posts) and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, client experience, demand generation, and web/design, to drive product awareness, engagement, and customer satisfaction. Strong copywriting skills and a knack for creating persuasive product narratives and value propositions that address customer pain points are equally desirable. Former educators with IB or international curriculum experience are especially encouraged to apply.
