Associate Digital Product Manager
As an Associate Digital Product Manager, you will serve as a key contributor to FedEx's digital product initiatives, supporting strategic execution and cross-functional engagement across teams. This role will operate as an engagement specialist, ensuring seamless coordination between product, engineering, leadership, and business teams while also driving execution of high-priority strategic initiatives.
This position is designed for high-potential candidates looking to develop expertise in digital product leadership, offering hands-on exposure to strategic planning, product execution, and stakeholder management.
Essential Functions
Strategic Execution & Leadership Support
- Support role for senior product leadership, driving alignment on key initiatives and priorities.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure digital product initiatives stay on track and aligned with FedEx's broader strategy.
- Assist in creating and executing strategic go-to-market plans, working cross-functionally with business and product teams.
Engagement & Communication
- Serve as the engagement specialist—owning stakeholder alignment across engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and operations.
- Assist in preparing executive-level updates, presentations, and dashboards to communicate progress on high-priority projects.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to remove roadblocks and improve efficiency in execution.
Product Execution & Data-Driven Insights
- Support data analysis, competitive research, and user insights to inform product decisions.
- Assist in prioritizing new features, orchestrating product development, and tracking outcomes.
- Ensure seamless execution by supporting Agile ceremonies, writing product documentation, and collaborating with engineering teams.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and drive execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, market research, and business case analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations.
