Responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyzing business processes for improvement, translating requirements into specifications, facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams, coordinating product backlog prioritization, supporting UAT efforts, aiding in change management, analyzing data for insights, identifying process improvement opportunities, and contributing to strategic objectives.
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to leverage IT solutions for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, to guide development efforts.
4. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
5. Collaborate in the prioritization of the product backlog, working closely with product owners and development teams to refine priorities and ensure alignment with business priorities.
6. Coordinate UAT efforts with business stakeholders to validate that IT solutions meet functional requirements and address business needs.
7. Support change management efforts by assessing the impact of proposed changes on business processes and systems, and coordinating communication and training activities with affected stakeholders.
8. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decision-making and support continuous improvement efforts.
9. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, leveraging IT solutions to drive business value and achieve strategic objectives.
Skills Required:
• Proven experience as a Business Product Analyst or Product Owner in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices.
• Ability to balance technical and business considerations in decision-making.
• Experience in Leading large teams.
• Experience in Jira / Confluence / Agility tools.
Able to handle User Stories, Scrum Testing, Product Roadmaps, Deliverables, Technical translation from Business, Sequencing and Solutioning Java based / distributed applications background is preferred.
• Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
Roles and responsibilities:
Define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (use cases).
Assists in managing requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through business value ROl, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
Build and leverage solid working relationships with business and product stakeholders.
Assist in the integration of EPIC's / Features across channels with internal partners and manages initiative effectiveness against target metrics.

Own the product vision and product backlog.
Manage requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through business value Roi, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
Coach, mentor, and support other product analysts. Communicate effectively, manage conflict among team members

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering and /or equivalent formal training or work experience.
7 to 10 years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment as BA or PO A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
