Senior Analyst, AI Product Security & MLOps

As a Senior Analyst in AI Product Security & MLOps, you will be a key implementer of our strategy to embed security into the AI / MLOps lifecycle. You will be responsible for building and automating the security controls that protect our AI products and CI/CD pipelines. This hands-on role involves working with cutting-edge tools to engineer security into the development process and mentoring junior team members.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the hands-on development for Secure MLOps Integration by integrating and managing specialized AI security tools (scanners, firewalls) within developer CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and document Secure AI Patterns, helping to define and maintain "Secure by Design" architectural standards for AI development.
• Build the framework for Model Monitoring & Logging to monitor production AI models for security events and ensure logs are ingested by the SOC.
• Act as a key resource for Developer Support, serving as a security consultant for teams building business-facing AI products.
• Mentor junior analysts and act as a point of escalation for complex technical challenges.

What do you bring with you:

• Strong, hands-on experience as a security engineer, DevOps/DevSecOps engineer, or software developer.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Cloud Build) and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with securing AI/ML workloads and MLOps tools (e.g., Vertex AI suite, Artifact Registry).
• Knowledge of application security principles and tools (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning).
• Desirable: Experience with policy-as-code (e.g., OPA); certifications like Google Associate/Professional Cloud Engineer.
