The Senior Product Manager – Banking will play a key role in shaping the strategy and execution of Fenergo's product offerings to the banking segment. This is a strategic, high-impact position for a product leader passionate about financial technology, innovation, and delivering world-class solutions to banking clients.

You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Banking segment, ensuring alignment with Fenergo's overall product direction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver products that drive measurable business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and own the Banking product strategy: You will identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive differentiators to shape Fenergo's value proposition in the banking segment.
2. Develop and manage the product roadmap: You will ensure alignment with business goals and client priorities.
3. Collaborate with engineering and design teams: You will translate product vision into detailed requirements and successful product releases.
4. Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams: You will support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer engagement.
5. Conduct market research and customer discovery: Identify emerging trends, regulatory changes, and innovation opportunities in the banking sector.
6. Monitor product performance and client feedback: Using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement and iteration.
7. Act as a thought leader within Fenergo and across the industry: You will represent the Banking product suite in client meetings, industry events, and internal forums
