Partner Marketing Manager
The core purpose of this role is to plan, manage, and execute partner-led, partner-integrated, and cross-sell marketing programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth for Finastra. This role serves as the primary marketing interface to strategic technology partners, such as Microsoft, AWS, and key ecosystem partners, and ensures their joint value propositions are embedded into Finastra's global and regional demand generation activities. In addition, this role plays a critical part in supporting cross-sell motions by driving marketing initiatives that create qualified pipeline across Finastra's product portfolio.
This role supports the needs of the business by:
- Developing and executing joint marketing plans with partners to expand reach, build awareness, and generate qualified demand, including targeted cross sell opportunities across existing customer accounts.
- Activating partners through "to partner" marketing enablement programs and amplifying campaigns via "through partner" routes to market, with a focus on influencing multi solution adoption.
- Integrating partners into campaigns, events, thought leadership, ABM, and cross sell initiatives to strengthen value propositions and accelerate customer expansion.
- Designing and executing cross sell marketing programs in collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing to stimulate demand for complementary product offerings and drive incremental pipeline.
- Leveraging partner funding to maximize the impact, ROI, and efficiency of partner integrated and cross sell campaigns.
- Strengthening alignment across marketing, sales, customer success, and central partner teams to ensure unified execution, cohesive cross sell messaging, and measurable outcomes.
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Own the development and execution of joint marketing plans with strategic partners such as Microsoft, AWS, and other ecosystem partners, including initiatives specifically designed to support cross sell motions across Finastra's product portfolio.
- Lead the design and delivery of to partner, with partner, and through partner campaigns that amplify joint value propositions and accelerate both net new and cross sell demand; ensure all activities align with Finastra's global marketing strategy.
- Define channel mix, campaign tactics, and activation plans to maximize partner engagement, expand solution adoption, and drive measurable impact on partner generated and cross sell pipeline.
- Integrate partner value propositions, solutions, and narratives into Finastra's core demand generation engine, including digital campaigns, webinars, ABM programs, product launches, and events, ensuring strong alignment to customer expansion and cross sell opportunities.
- Own reporting on partner influenced and partner generated pipeline, including performance related to cross sell campaigns; track ROI and make data driven decisions to optimize programs and resource allocation.
- Manage partner marketing funds end to end: planning, approvals, execution, tracking, and compliance, to support high impact demand generation and cross sell initiatives.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison between Finastra and partner side Marketing teams, owning the day to day relationship, planning cycles, and quarterly reviews, including alignment on cross sell priorities and account strategies.
- Drive coordination across internal teams: Partner team, Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure joint programs effectively land and support both acquisition and cross sell goals.
- Make strategic decisions on partner participation in Finastra events, co branded content, and ecosystem engagement opportunities, ensuring integration points that strengthen cross sell messaging and multi product storytelling.
Required Experience:
- A proven Partner Marketing professional with deep hands on experience running joint campaigns with major technology partners, ideally Microsoft, AWS, or other hyperscalers.
- Experience supporting cross sell or multi product marketing strategies. They understand how to build and execute to, with, and through partner marketing motions, manage budgets, co-create value propositions, and integrate partners into demand generation and customer expansion programs.
- A results-driven demand generation marketer with a track record of building integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact, including pipeline originating from cross-sell initiatives. They are data oriented, comfortable with attribution and reporting, and skilled at aligning campaign execution across Partner, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Digital Marketing teams.
- A proactive, relationship oriented collaborator who simplifies complexity, drives alignment across internal and external stakeholders, and thrives in a fast moving, matrixed environment. They influence without authority, communicate with clarity, and consistently elevate partner engagement, cross-sell performance, and overall program effectiveness.
