We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our marketing team. This is a pivotal role where you'll drive our email marketing strategies across FlightHub, reaching millions of travelers worldwide. You will have the autonomy to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that align with our broader business goals in a highly competitive and fast-paced industry.

What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Planning
- Research, plan, and execute robust email marketing strategies to engage and convert customers.
- Develop new ideas and initiatives to continually improve email performance and revenue.
- Set quarterly and annual performance goals in collaboration with stakeholders, focusing on maximizing revenue and ROI.
- Maintain a schedule of promotional emails to be sent on a regular basis.
Technical Execution
- Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and automate email campaigns tailored to customer behavior.
- Build detailed customer data tables using MySQL, enabling precise personalization and segmentation.
- Build complex customer journeys using data-driven segmentation.
- Troubleshoot deliverability issues and resolve factors contributing to spam placement, understanding how ESPs like Gmail and Outlook treat various email types.
- Understand the basics of HTML (or similar scripting languages) and make simple changes when necessary, collaborating with developers for advanced needs.
- Manage and optimize push notifications using industry-standard platforms.
Performance Analysis and Optimization
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as deliverability, open and click rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and more.
- Use internal databases and Looker to build dashboards and graphs for tracking custom KPIs and delivering deep and actionable insights.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize subject lines, creatives, offers, and segmentation.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to implement projects such as new signup points, new email templates, landing pages, or data flow to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Data Extensions.
Innovation and Trends
- Stay up to date with email marketing innovations, trends, and best practices, including design, data management, and external integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization across the customer lifecycle, championing personalization and segmentation to improve engagement.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of proven experience in implementing and managing successful email/CRM campaigns.
- Expertise in email marketing strategy and tactics, with a strong focus on innovation and optimization.
- Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in SQL for database querying and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in data analysis and KPI monitoring.
- Basic understanding of HTML (or similar scripting languages) for email customization and troubleshooting is preferred.
