Job Description
We are looking for a talented Instructional Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Co-create content with SMEs
- Build learning materials: scripts, guides, toolkits, assessments
- Design simulations, case-based tasks & PM practice labs
- Apply adult learning, agile, and design thinking principles to everything you create
- Collaborate with L&D, Talent Development, and Product teams to align learning with business goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or L&D content creation
- Strong portfolio of learning content
- Experience with authoring tools
- Passion for learning design, project management, and digital tools
- Bonus: experience in the gaming/gambling industry or knowledge of PM frameworks
- Language: English - Upper and above, Ukrainian- would be a plus
