The Public Relations, Communication & Marketing Manager assists the Marketing Director in the development and implementation of the hotel's global communication and marketing strategy. This role contributes directly to the hotel's brand reputation, image management, and the consistency of the messages disseminated across all channels. It also plays a key role in digital marketing initiatives, content creation, and coordination with operational teams to promote the hotel's offerings and experiences.

Main Responsibilities

Public Relations & Communication

• Develop and maintain privileged relationships with media, journalists, and opinion leaders.
• Write and distribute press releases on various channels (press room, agencies, media base).
• Organize and host press visits, interviews, photo shoots, and film shoots.
• Collaborate with press relations agencies to maximize media opportunities and ensure smooth communication.
• Conduct media and competitive intelligence.
• Manage the written content of all communication materials (brochures, flyers, packages, etc.).
• Identify local advertising opportunities and coordinate the production of visuals with the Marketing Content Creator.
• Contribute to the promotion of commercial offers, customer experiences, and key events of the property.

Marketing Digital

• Manage updates to digital platforms outside of social media (website, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, Google Listings, etc.).
• Participate in the deployment of the SEO strategy in collaboration with our agency.
• Support the Marketing Director in the implementation and optimization of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Prepare agency briefs, ensure budget tracking, analyze results, and propose optimizations.
• Collaborate with F&B, Spa, and Golf teams on promotional actions and content updates to boost business development.
• Participate in the creation of social media content in collaboration with the Content Creator.
• Manage collaborations with influencers and digital partners.

Administration & Coordination

• Participate in the recruitment and supervision of Marketing & Communication interns.
• Maintain and update the press database.

Profile Sought

• Higher education in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent (Bac +5).
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hospitality, luxury brands, or an agency.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills in French and English.
• Acute sense of organization, rigor, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good mastery of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CMS, SEO tools, etc.).
• Creative spirit, attention to detail, and a pronounced taste for the luxury and hospitality universe.
• Team spirit, proactivity, and a sense of service.
