We are seeking an experienced Manager, Interior Design – EMEA, to join our Four Seasons Corporate Office team in Dubai!
Reporting to the Senior Director, Interior Design – EMEA, you will be responsible for supporting interior design work stream on new build, conversion, and renovation projects in the region, from pre-concept to post opening. Your focus will be on elevating design and product quality to ensure each project delivers a best-in-class Four Seasons guest experience.

Our Ideal Manager, Interior Design - EMEA candidate will have:
A degree in Interior Design, and a minimum of 8 years' experience in an international interior design firm focusing on hospitality design including luxury hotels, resorts, private residences, restaurants, bars, and entertainment projects. You should also have a minimum of 4 years of luxury brand corporate design team experience managing projects from the operator side, and at least 2 years of design management experience leading interior design projects. A Licensed / Registered Professional status (i.e., Registered Interior Designer, etc.) and LEED accreditation would be beneficial.
You combine creative concept development skills with strong technical expertise, from space planning and FF&E review to coordinating multidisciplinary design input, with a passion for elevating guest experiences through thoughtful, innovative design.
Proficient in industry-standard software and tools, you are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Above all, you are a collaborative partner and creative problem solver, with the adaptability, initiative, and leadership presence to deliver projects that reflect Four Seasons' standards of excellence.
Travel will be required in this role, up to 40 – 60 days per annum.
