The Systems, Quality & Regulatory (SQR) department – a global function within Care Enablement – ensures the quality and safety of products, regulatory compliance, and market access throughout the product lifecycle.
The team works across the value chain by:
- Ensuring quality throughout production and supply chain processes.
- Providing post-market surveillance.
- Encouraging continuous improvement, system harmonization, and sustainable development.

In compliance with the EN ISO 13485 standard and all other applicable regulatory requirements for dialysis concentrates, we are looking for a motivated intern to contribute to the structuring and harmonization of a global quality follow-up across our 15 international production sites.
Attached to the Product Center Manager Concentrates, the internship will take place within the Product Center Non Active Medical Devices team, in close interaction with R&D teams, site quality managers, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and more.
The main tasks of the intern will be to:
- Support the analysis and interpretation of data from complaints related to concentrates.
- Contribute to the evaluation of root causes and the follow-up of ongoing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare reports and summaries to be shared with the Value Stream Concentrates department (business unit) and relevant cross-functional teams (e.g., Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs).
- Participate in project and quality meetings, learning the principles of regulatory process management and risk management in the biomedical field.
- Accompany the tutor in the follow-up of quality and performance KPIs.
The profile we are looking for includes:
- Education: Student in an engineering school, university master’s degree, or equivalent with specialization in quality and/or project management, with a scope of application in the pharmaceutical/biomedical/food/cosmetic/chemical industry or equivalent.
- Previous Knowledge: Previous experience in an industrial environment or in medical devices is a plus. Skills in data analysis and interpretation.
- English: B2 level minimum (understanding, written and spoken expression).
- IT: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel (database management, data analysis, use of advanced functions). Knowledge of statistical software (Minitab, R, Python, JMP, SPSS) is an asset.
- Cross-functional Skills: Comfortable in an international and multicultural context. Good analytical mind, autonomy, rigor, teamwork.
