As the Product Manager for the Chat/Portal team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Front's end-user facing products (Chat, Portal, Help Center) and own how we leverage both AI/automation and high quality user experiences to help our customers better serve their customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, data, and sales, to deliver innovative solutions that meet customers' needs and drive business impact.
