Your job will be to make Front's AI Agent the one that relationship-focused customer-facing teams love more than anything else in the market, and translate that love into revenue growth.

To do this, you need to drive decision and execution velocity. Your superpower should be to understand engineering and design with clarity, and have engineering and design understand you with clarity. You need to be able to uncover and feel the pain, wants, and needs of our customers and feel compelled to solve them with urgency.

Success looks like $100M in revenue run rate from this Agent product in 3 years. Front recently surpassed $100M in annual revenue, a milestone that <1% of SaaS businesses ever achieve. Leading venture capital firms like Sequoia Capital and Salesforce Ventures have backed Front with over $200M in funding.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals based on customer insights, market research, and business objectives.
• Prioritize product roadmap, define product requirements, and lead development process from concept to launch in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Use quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product decision-making
• Work collaboratively with and drive alignment among key stakeholders across the organization, including executives, engineering & design teams, sales, marketing, etc.

What Skills & Experience Do You Need?

• To be great in this role, you likely have been a PM or founder of a B2B software business that achieved some scale.
• Comfortable with uncertainty: Building with AI injects more risk that you need to be comfortable with, but at the same time you can eliminate uncertainty for the engineers and designers you work with to make them more effective.
• Execution-oriented: You're highly organized; you're comfortable managing many work streams; you know how to make the right trade-offs; you help teams ship on time.
• Customer empathy: You are a champion of the customer and can ship product improvements that address key customer pain points and bring delight.
• Impact driven: You understand how your work drives business impact and can lead your team to focus on high-impact work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills: you can work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels; you are able to rally teams around your objectives.

This is a hybrid role, expected to be in our Paris office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
