About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in developing and implementing national strategies for top line growth, engagement, and diversification of Galloway service offerings across geographic markets with our teams.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on performance to the executive committee and Practice Area Leaders.
  • Lead and manage a team of client development professionals, ensuring focused client development results.
  • Participate in high-level client development meetings.
  • Support the growth and development of our market sectors and national account programs.
  • Collaborate with our internal operational teams (e.g., Facilities, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Technology), as well as our Practice Area and Discipline Leaders.
  • Collaborate with and provide guidance to our Seller-Doer program team.
  • Ensure consistent client experiences by collaborating Project Managers, Client Development, and Marketing Professionals.
  • Collaborate and team with the Marketing team to develop a CRM platform to ensure accurate, comprehensive, and strategic use of client and pursuit data. Help drive firmwide adoption of a CRM tool to support client development, marketing initiatives, client engagement tracking, and pipeline management.
