This position sits within the Steele Institute for Health Innovation - advancing a digital first future and strengthening the organization's position as a leader in healthcare innovation. The Experience Design Fellowship is an 18-month management track position. The fellowship will engage an individual through the Steele Institute for Health Innovation at Geisinger as well as strategy and solution development with a focus on the application of human-centered design in healthcare transformation. The Design Fellow will be responsible for interacting with a business or product with a keen focus on the customer to create a simple, unified experience that helps them achieve their goal. The Fellow will be independently responsible for leading projects that support the goals and objectives of Geisinger. Goals and expectations will be clearly defined at the initiation of the program. This position has the opportunity to not only be a part of the Geisinger Fellowship program, that includes Operations, Finance and Research but to also be immersed in Geisinger's rich innovative culture to transform the delivery of care and patient experience.

Masters Degree required or current enrollment in and good standing with a CAHME accredited Masters Degree conferring program- (Required), Master's Degree-Business Administration/Healthcare Management (Preferred)
