Job Title

Responsible for the development and implementation of scalable, on-demand training programs and, as appropriate, on-line systems for tracking, group communication, and transactions.

Job Duties

  • Collaborates with subject matter experts to design and write courses with appropriate learning theory, instructional theory, applications of media, and online instructional scenarios.
  • Builds quality course assets using instructional technology and designing learning interactivity within courses.
  • Monitors and reviews courses to ensure compliance with standards, subject matter integrity, and to edit for aesthetics.
  • Helps further establish guidelines and standards for online course development as appropriate.
  • Collaborates on revisions and continuing course development and maintenance.
  • Implement a systematic instructional design process.

Position Details

Education: Bachelor's Degree-Technology Related Degree (Required)

Experience: Minimum of 1 year-Related work experience (Required)
