This position requires being physically present 3x a week (Tuesday to Thursday) in São Caetano do Sul. What you will do (responsibilities): Plan marketing campaigns from the construction of briefs together with partner areas to feedback meetings and effective delivery to agencies; Seek solutions based on market research, studies, and trends to enrich the planning of delivery of the area; Develop managerial presentations and action plans for the construction and changes in campaigns with a focus on sales of parts, services, and accessories; Follow up on deliveries, development of creative concepts, contents together with internal and external business partners; Create scripts for capturing new assets and unfolding the needs of the business; Carry out the necessary processes together with purchases and legal to enable the service of partners such as creation agencies, media, producers, endomarketing, incentive campaigns; Follow up on the execution of the required actions and the results according to the stipulated KPIs of the audience; Analyze commercial and market data to obtain marketing insights and discover important information about consumers and competitive opportunities; Manage purchase orders (deadlines and balance) specific to the area; Control the investments of the planning according to the financial forecast, follow up and closing of monthly expenses; Unfolding of campaigns together with the commercial area at all levels (Dealer, end customer at national and regional level) ensuring that the plan is replicated throughout the national territory; Validation of campaigns together with DSO partners; Update the site contents related to services, parts, and accessories of the post-sales umbrella Locality: São Caetano do Sul/SP Your skills and competencies (mandatory qualifications): Education in Administration, Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related fields English and Spanish minimum intermediate Experience in the creation of advertising campaigns, management of Marketing/advertising agencies Experience in the automotive segment and/or auto parts will be a plus Knowledge in social media (on line and off line) What can give you a competitive differential (desirable qualifications): Knowledge in BI Tools Media profile Dynamic and communicative
