The role
Lead the strategy of Marketing & WhatsApp Bot of Chevrolet GMSA, maximizing the generation of leads for the sale of new vehicles and other businesses, through the innovative use of the most current components of WhatsApp Business (Meta), coordinating journeys between Marketing, OnStar, After-sales, and Customer Care, positioning GMSA as a global benchmark in the use of WhatsApp.
What you will do (responsibilities):
Lead the end-to-end strategy of WhatsApp Marketing as the main channel for acquisition and lead generation for the sale of new vehicles.
Orchestrate a unique and integrated experience in a single WhatsApp number, connecting Marketing, Customer Care, OnStar, and Sales & Relationship bots.
Continuously optimize conversations, journeys, and Marketing bot content to maximize the capture of qualified leads and integration with other areas.
Integrate WhatsApp with paid media, Chevrolet websites, events, and OOH, connecting entry points and campaigns to lead generation.
Lead the management of partners and stakeholders (BSP Meta, agencies, platforms, internal teams), ensuring alignment of strategy, experience, and performance.
Define and monitor top funnel KPIs and A/B tests, translating results into insights and reports for local and global leadership and acting as a global reference in WhatsApp strategy.

Your skills and competencies (mandatory qualifications):
Degree in Marketing, Administration, Engineering, Communication, or related fields.
Languages: Fluent Portuguese, Advanced English (mandatory) and desirable Spanish.
Experience with Digital Marketing / Performance Media / CRM / Digital Products, with lead generation funnels (ideally via WhatsApp/messaging) and management of technology agencies/partners.
Strong knowledge of performance media (especially Click to WhatsApp), reading data from media, websites, bots, and CRM, using dashboards/BI; desirable Salesforce and Meta/WhatsApp Business ecosystem.
