As a group product manager for the AV capability team, you are an expert product leader responsible for shaping and executing the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the portfolio of autonomy capabilities that will be deployed in GM's next generation AV products. This role leads a team of AV capability product managers and works closely with embodied AI, systems engineering, consumer, and platform partners to translate GM's product strategy into high-impact capability outcomes, ensuring delivery at scale, quality, and pace needed to meet the product milestones. Success requires strong technical judgment, principled decision-making, and the ability to build alignment across engineering, infrastructure, and other cross-functional teams. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, making tough tradeoffs, and translating business needs into engineering priorities.

Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren, MI or Mountain View, CA office three times per week, at minimum.
Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of the California Bay Area.
The salary range for this role is $134,700 to $245,00. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
