Hybrid or Remote: This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Mountain View, or Warren, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business.

The Role: The Senior Product Manager, Cadillac Communications is a fully qualified communications professional responsible for leading the strategic execution of product storytelling for Cadillac - GM's lead technology brand that is setting the standard for the next generation of American luxury. This role requires deep product and technology knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to manage complex communications initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong collaborator, proven program manager and a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, news-driven environment. Luxury brand experience is a plus.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and execution of product communications strategies across the vehicle lifecycle, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business goals.
- Serve as the go-to expert on Cadillac's vehicle portfolio, including features, specs, pricing, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
- Manage the creation and distribution of media assets including B-roll, photography, and digital content.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and media fleet teams to track vehicle testing schedules and support media integration.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including legal, product planning, research, brand marketing, sales, and agency teams to ensure message consistency and accuracy.
- Monitor and communicate product updates and changes with urgency and precision across the organization.
- Align communications with marketing language and activations, ensuring cohesive storytelling across channels.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to cross-functional collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of experience in product communications, brand strategy, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, writing, and strategic thinking skills.
- Established program management experience.
- Passion for the automotive industry and GM's product portfolio.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working independently.
- Familiarity with digital storytelling and media asset workflows.
