As the senior staff product manager for av capabilities, you will be the product leader responsible for shaping and executing the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for specific autonomy capabilities and the underlying autonomy platform that will be deployed in GM's next generation av products. In this role, you will work closely with embodied ai, systems engineering, consumer and platform partners to translate GM's product strategy into high-impact capability outcomes, ensuring delivery at scale, quality, and pace need to meet the product milestones. Success requires strong technical judgment, principled decision-making, and the ability to build alignment across engineering, infrastructure, and other cross functional teams. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, making tough tradeoffs, and translating business needs into engineering priorities.
Hybrid/remote: this role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of austin, detroit, warren, pontiac, or milford, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.

The salary range for this role is $178,800 to $322,500. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus potential: an incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
