Senior Director Brand Marketing

As Senior Director of Brand Marketing, you will serve as the steward of our brand's identity and voice - translating nearly two centuries of heritage into bold, modern storytelling. You will set the vision for brand positioning, consumer engagement, and cultural relevance across all touchpoints. Partnering with executive leadership, you will ensure the brand connects authentically with today's consumer while charting a path for future growth.

Brand Vision & Strategy

  • Define and own the long-term brand positioning, ensuring it reflects both heritage and modern relevance.
  • Establish a clear brand architecture and messaging framework that drives consistency across product, digital, retail, and wholesale.
  • Leverage consumer insights, cultural trends, and market intelligence to shape forward-looking brand strategies.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing brand marketing team, including brand managers, social, PR, and partnership leads.
  • Partner closely with Creative, E-Commerce, Product, and Retail leaders to deliver integrated, consumer-first storytelling.
  • Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to the President and SVP Marketing/Ecommerce on brand-building opportunities.

Campaigns & Partnerships

  • Oversee development of 360° brand campaigns that resonate across digital, retail, and traditional media.
  • Lead partnerships with influencers, athletes, cultural icons, and brand ambassadors that reinforce brand equity.
  • Champion content creation that amplifies product innovation, style versatility, and lifestyle relevance.

Measurement & Impact

  • Establish clear KPIs to measure brand equity, awareness, engagement, and market share impact.
  • Ensure brand investments are optimized for both near-term performance and long-term equity.
  • Present brand performance insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team.

Experience and Skills You'll Need to Have:

  • 10–15 years of brand marketing leadership experience, ideally in footwear, apparel, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field of study.
  • Proven track record of building iconic, culturally relevant campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology, style trends, and omnichannel brand storytelling.
  • Experience leading and scaling teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to connect brand marketing to business outcomes.
  • Elevate the brand into cultural conversation while honoring nearly 175 years of heritage.
  • Drive alignment across product, creative, retail, and digital to deliver a singular, compelling brand voice.
  • Position the company as a leader in men's footwear and apparel—balancing timeless style with modern innovation.
