As a Senior UX Designer, you consistently deliver high-quality designs and confidently work on challenging projects with moderate supervision. You possess strong UX skills, actively mentor Associate and Mid-level designers, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners. You have experience in leading important aspects of projects, and you're proficient at synthesizing complex user research into clear, actionable design solutions.
Our global UX organization consists of over 100+ professionals in design, research, education, and operations. We value collaboration, curiosity, and continuous growth, both as individuals and as a team. Closer to home, you'll be part of a group of 16+ passionate UX professionals who work close with our product and engineering partners. Together, we're responsible for advancing and scaling the flow authoring experience for voice and digital channels through Virtual Agents and helping customers build innovative AI-powered experiences through our AI Studio platform. The work you do here empowers organizations to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences while reducing unnecessary complexity.
For this position, we are open to candidates who wish to work hybrid from our office in Galway or remote within Ireland.
