PIC North America, a Genus Company, has an exciting opportunity. We are seeking a Director, Data & Product Platforms to join our team. The Director, Data & Product Platforms is a strategic and hands-on technology leader responsible for designing, building, and evolving the company's internal software ecosystem, genetic evaluation computing architecture, and customer-facing technology platforms. This role provides technical leadership across internal development, evaluates industry-specific technology providers, and leads the identification and deployment of AI-driven tools to enhance both operational effectiveness and customer value.
The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep software architecture expertise, strong management capabilities, and a proven ability to translate advanced technologies—including AI—into practical, scalable business solutions.
This position can be a remote based role within the United States, with approximately 10-20% domestic and international travel.
The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $225,000 USD. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Genus considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
