Glean is the Work AI platform that helps everyone work smarter with AI. What began as the industry's most advanced enterprise search has evolved into a full-scale Work AI ecosystem, powering intelligent Search, an AI Assistant, and scalable AI agents on one secure, open platform. With over 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, and robust APIs, Glean gives organizations the infrastructure to govern, scale, and customize AI across their entire business - without vendor lock-in or costly implementation cycles. At its core, Glean is redefining how enterprises find, use, and act on knowledge. Its Enterprise Graph and Personal Knowledge Graph map the relationships between people, content, and activity, delivering deeply personalized, context-aware responses for every employee. This foundation powers Glean's agentic capabilities - AI agents that automate real work across teams by accessing the industry's broadest range of data: enterprise and world, structured and unstructured, historical and real-time. The result: measurable business impact through faster onboarding, hours of productivity gained each week, and smarter, safer decisions at every level.
Glean is looking for a Manager, US Field Marketing to lead our Enterprise field marketing motion while driving a cohesive, cross-segment strategy that supports Enterprise, Commercial, Corporate, and Public Sector priorities. This role will directly manage the Enterprise field marketing team (regional coverage across East, Central, and West) and serve as the connective layer across segments — ensuring we deliver scalable, high-impact programs that can flex across audiences while maintaining strong alignment to sales priorities and pipeline goals. While Enterprise is the primary focus, this role will also partner closely with cross-segment sales leadership to shape Public Sector and emerging segment plans, leveraging the Enterprise team to support execution where appropriate. This person will sit at the center of our US field motion — setting the direction for hosted and sponsored programs, scaling our most effective plays across regions, and ensuring we are tightly aligned to segment priorities, pipeline goals, and revenue outcomes.
This is a people manager role for a strong field marketing leader who can operate both strategically and tactically — someone who knows how to translate segment priorities into a focused field strategy, coach a high-performing team, and roll up their sleeves to drive execution, operational rigor, and measurable pipeline impact.
