To support our growth, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience working in diverse international markets, including the U.S. and Asia. This role requires a deep understanding of mobile-first product strategy, user behavior, and competitive landscapes across multiple regions. While our current focus is on serving our European audience, we value insights from global markets to help shape our long-term.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a critical part of the GoodHabitz core product experience, with a strong focus on activation, engagement, and sustained usage across multiple user types.
This is not a single-persona role. You will design for and balance the needs of end learners, administrators, and people managers.
Your role is to turn complexity into clarity and friction into momentum, shifting value delivery from manual, people-led workflows to scalable, product-led experiences. You will report to the Director of Product.
