We're seeking a highly adaptable, zero-to-one operator to own and execute strategic growth and ops initiatives. You'll be our first hire in this role - acting as a swiss army knife able to execute cross-functional projects of all sorts - whether that's launching experiments, optimizing core metrics, or scaling internal processes. You'll partner closely with senior leadership to tackle our highest-leverage priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
You should be equal parts art and science, fully comfortable making data-driven decisions and also needing to use intuition to go after an opportunity. As a team of one (to start), you should be adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and ready to prove impact from day 1. We see this role evolving into a team and this is a ground floor opportunity for the right hire to join, prove value quickly and have an outsized impact on the business.
You'll work directly with the Founders and President on some of the company's biggest opportunities - both those we know exist today and some that haven't yet been considered.
