Googlers working on the Play Go-To-Market (GTM) teams own content strategy and publishing within the Play Store across all regions and verticals (e.g., apps, games, and more).
As a Product Specialist Manager, you act as a strategic partner to Play Product Marketing, Product and Engineering teams. You lead a team of Product Specialists to determine the requirements and roadmaps for launching and optimizing emerging programs, features, and products. You and your team lead the operationalization efforts, connecting the 'what' with the 'how' to deliver complex experiments and come up with solutions and processes that enable scale. You are accountable for both the impact your team delivers and the health and development of the team members reporting to you.
