This is a fixed term contract (36 months) in Frankfurt, Germany; Munich, Germany. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 9 years of B2B marketing and multi-channel marketing experience with enterprise software, infrastructure or platform-as-a-service technology brands, and experience in using Data Analytics and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reporting to track Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Opportunity conversion rates and ROI.
Experience with enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and integrating AI-driven personalization tools into the marketing funnel is required. Partnering with Sales and Business Development (BDR/SDR) teams to define strategies is also necessary. Fluency in English and German is required to support client relationship management.
Preferred qualifications include experience in cloud marketing and partner marketing, experience in Demand Generation, excellent project management skills, and excellent people management skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across various teams.

Using data-driven insights to propose and execute experiments that improve Return on Investment (ROI) and identify untapped market opportunities is required.
