Global Product Activation Manager, YouTube Connected TV

This role may be located in New York, NY, USA or Los Angeles, CA, USA. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
  • 3 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.
  • 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the entertainment and sports industries specifically in pay TV.
  • Experience with ad-supported and subscription business models.
  • Experience with database querying, dashboard creation, SQL coding and analysis.
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively by presenting data/conclusions in a compelling way.
  • Excellent problem-solving, business judgment and investigative skills.

About the job:

The YouTube Connected TV (CTV) Product Activation team supports the CTV partnership and product strategies globally. As a Global Product Activation Manager, you will focus on supporting the partnership/product teams and cross-functional business line owners on strategic business decision analysis, program management, agreement and special project support, business planning and operations, product go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product feedback reporting. You will need to be an expert in YouTube's business models and proactively identifying/assessing/actioning strategic areas of opportunity. You will work with a cross-functional group of stakeholders and develop trusted relationships to align on and execute priorities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$177,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
