As a part of the Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) global team, you will serve as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to Global Business Organization (GBO) ensuring Google's ever-evolving Ads business delivers strategic growth and operates effectively. In this role, you will join our fast-paced team and work cross-functionally with key partners in Sales, GTM, Finance, Product Management, UX and Engineering. As a Global Product Lead, you will provide scaled tooling support for the Google advertising sales organization. You will be the will shape the roadmap of the core CRM, Connect Sales, represent critical business needs through internal sales tools. You will understand the sales business intimately, drive sales tool strategy and prioritization with product, engineering and sales. You will work as a connecting tissue between sales, product and engineering to deliver a unified, trusted, and intelligent tooling suite to Google sales teams. In this role, you will solve problems in a fast-paced environment with several cross-functional work opportunities, manage multiple workstreams across the various surfaces of Connect Sales to deliver a unified, trusted, and intelligent AI-powered tooling experience.
