Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, advertising business, media or working with advertising agencies. Experience in cross-border or exporting business. Experience in an investigative role by gathering and presenting data to promote products, services, and solutions. Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to interact with local clients and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications: Knowledge in Google Ads Products especially app-end related. Ability to take initiative and work in ambiguity with an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to communicate and align multiple stakeholders to defined goals and deliverables.

Responsibilities: Plan, support, identify the right markets with a focus on App clients, to setting them up for success within their non-domestic footprint, provide insights and support, helping them reach and exceed their international ambitions. Manage and develop trusted relationships with App clients, consistently delivering against quarterly business goals. Create and craft pitches tailored to a client's performance goals, playing a leading role in Request for Proposals (RFP), inventory conversations, and negotiations. Work closely with Google Ads (Kickstart+) team to ensure alignment with overall customer objectives and joint business objectives within the App ecosystem. Produce insights from data analysis to deliver recommendations. Improve internal processes and contribute to global solutions by documenting best practices to create platform confidence.
