About the job: Global Business Organization Education's (GBOedu's) mission is to transform capability development into an engaged advantage by building an adaptive, AI-infused learning ecosystem that delivers direct commercial value for the business. We are a dynamic organization of learning professionals dedicated to architecting and delivering scalable, role-specific learning strategies across business units. By bridging the gap between global strategy and local activation, GBOedu ensures our global employees possess the critical skills needed to maximize their impact and thrive in a rapidly evolving, AI-first commercial landscape.
As a Learning Specialist (LS) within GBO, you are a "producer-director" at an integrated, agile value chain. In this role, you will move away from traditional, long-lead content creation and slow, bespoke builds toward a highly automated "adapt and adopt" modular content engine. You will be a consultative partner and functional authority who leverages AI-native tools to compress development cycles from months into weeks, automating 60–80% of the development process. Supporting either our product portfolios or non-sales initiatives, you will manage global learning strategies and set the bar for technical and operational fluency. You will navigate technical roadmaps seamlessly minimizing the need for lengthy subject matter expert (SME) discovery cycles and will be directly responsible for both designing rapid, high-impact curriculum and selecting and leveraging existing modular assets from the shelf. You will ensure innovation, technical accuracy, and zero drop-off in service as we transition into an automated, modular future.
