Product Excellence Manager, Targeting, AI Max, Search

As a Product Excellence Manager, you will be the interface between the services, support, and consulting teams across gTech and other stakeholders, such as Product Management, Engineering, and Global Sales. You will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google online advertising, analytics, and platform products. You will develop product and technical strategies while prioritizing projects and resources that assist our account management teams and partners. You will balance business and customer needs with technical constraints.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Global Sales to proactively improve the serviceability of products by evaluating product readiness, identifying product gaps, and consolidating product feedback.

Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech's role is to help bring them to life. Our teams of trusted advisors support customers globally. Our solutions are rooted in our technical skill, product expertise, and a thorough understanding of our customers' complex needs. Whether the answer is a bespoke solution to solve a unique problem, or a new tool that can scale across Google, everything we do aims to ensure our customers benefit from the full potential of Google products.

Responsibilities:

  • Design effective launch programs with partners to ensure that new products and feature releases are tested before wide-scale deployment. Orchestrate launch strategy and readiness to ensure gTech teams are prepared to support launches and migrations.
  • Bring product insights to gTech product forums and provide responsive support for gTech questions and escalations.
  • Analyze customer and gTech pain points to advocate for product improvements with internal cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales.
  • Perform implementation reviews and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical issues.
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of identified solutions that span across different products while managing stakeholder expectations.
